Location: Location of this hotel is just perfect. We arrived by car and hotel is easy accessible. It has relatively large parking area for hotel guests as well. There is a train station close to hotel so you can easily take a train ride to either Velden or Portschach if you want promenade walk, do some shopping, eat in the restaurant, or other activity. Hotel provides you with free transport card :) A couple of supermarkets nearby. Staff: Friendly and helpful receptionist lady. Polite and friendly waiters. The room: Ours was on the 3rd floor with own balcony. Room is spacious, light, with big wardrobe and great beds. The view on the lake and mountains is magnificent. Stable wifi. Food: fixed and varied selection of foods for breakfast, including breads, cheeses, meats, yogurts, cereals, cakes, eggs and omelette with bacon and sausages. Variety of teas and coffee. For dinner we had a la carte with different dishes and local specialities every evening. The quality of food is high and good variety. Other: there is pleasant area with sunbeds and swimming pool that works from early morning to late evening and my 8 y.o. daughter was very happy to swim there all day long. Hotel also offers kayaks and SUP boards to use for free - great addition to explore the lake.

There is nothing critical worth mentioning here. We were fully satisfied with our stay.

Ich kann im Gegensatz zu ein paar Bewertung nur schreiben: es war ein echt toller Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück spielt alle Stückerl und nichts hat gefehlt es war einfach sehr gut! Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sind auch sehr Sauber

Dazu war ich zu kurz im Hotel. Mir wäre nichts aufgefallen alles ok

Außergewöhnlich schöne Aussicht, toller Seezugang, neuer beheizter Außenpool und Saunabereich, sehr große Frühstücksauswahl und vom Personal alle sehr freundlich und bemüht

wir hatten 2 Tage keine Heizung in unserem Zimmer und in der Früh kein Warmwasser zum Duschen. Der Wintergarten zum Frühstück / Abendessen war extrem unterkühlt / zugig, da halfen auch die uralten Heizstrahler nicht viel. Die neueren Heizstrahler im Außenbereich waren (nutzlos) in Betrieb. Die servierten Hauptspeisen zum Abendessen waren ok, mit Luft nach oben. Keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, um sich wenigstens so aufwärmen zu können (auch nicht auf Anfrage - bloß Zimmerservice-Möglichkeit)
