It was great for what I needed in Vienna, a clean room, complete with a kitchenette and awesome water pressure in the shower. The staff are super accommodating since my first night was a bit of a bust due to a sagging mattress. On a whim I sent a message wondering if anything could be done (I was only there two nights) and wouldn’t you know I received a message shortly thereafter where they said they would switch the mattress out so I could enjoy my last night. I really appreciated that. There’s a couple of grocery stores nearby and the tram two minutes walk to go to the city centre (tram runs every few minutes). Very convenient, I would stay here again.

Nothing really

The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and with everything needed for our stay. The location was also good.

Some basic details were missing. For example, there was no shower gel or shampoo. There were three of us, but only two coffee capsules were provided. These are small details, but they make a difference and could be better taken care of. Overall, the stay was fine, but these are easy things to improve.

Easy check-in. Clean and spaceous. Good price.

Bed is like a sinkhole. Mattress desperately needs replacing. No soap in shower.

Nothing

Too basic. No charm.Boring and not homely
