Loved this place nestled in nature - so peaceful and perfect when travelling with dog as nature is just outside your door - perfect for long walks. Modern and nice decor - big room, hallways, facilities and perfect for travelling with dog - they placed a very nice dogbed in the room, dog snacks, water and food bowls and even a door sign if the dog was alone in the room. Would definitely come back.

A wonderful location right in the middle of the woods, with a huge area perfect for long walks with a dog. It is super quiet, with only the relaxing sounds of the forest, ideal for a relaxing break. Even though I stayed for just one night, I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Having a coffee machine with tea and coffee in the room was a great touch

The corridors were quite hot, and the restaurant is on the expensive side for food and drinks, but everyone can decide for themselves if it works for them

We've been coming to this hotel for 10 years now - proof that we appreciate it. The location is fantastic for dog owners, with kilometres of walking paths in the forest around the hotel. The patio with its koi pond is a lovely area for a drink (or indeed a meal if the weather is warm enough). The staff are friendly and service-minded. Our room was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with locally-produced food. We really appreciate the electric car chargers that enable us to start the day fully charged!

compared with the hotel Freigeist gottingen, this one is definitely not worth for the money. barely equipped with facilities you would expect of a 4-star hotel.
