Service was exceptional from the moment we arrived and we were assisted with more than expected. Vincenzo was absolutely amazing
Cleaning staff were extremely noisy - on phones and talking loudly in passage. Not observant to do not disturb on adjoining rooms they were cleaning. I had to come out to advise.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the location is excellent — very close to the airport and surrounded by many convenient services, including a large shopping mall and a supermarket.
The room was lovely, with modern and stylish furniture.
Overall, the hotel has a great location, friendly staff, and beautiful modern rooms, but the bathrooms and basic in-room amenities definitely need improvement.
However, the bathroom was a big disappointment. It looked old and quite worn out compared to the rest of the room and hotel.
Another issue was the lack of basic personal amenities. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste, bathroom slippers, or combs provided. When I asked for bathroom slippers, they brought only one pair of slippers, even though our reservation was for two guests.
