Convenient location, good all inclusive food and drink. Entertainment was generally good

Great variety of food at the buffet, very polite and friendly staff for example the people at the bars, in the restaurant, the gentleman at the beach towels, the cleaning personnel. The room was very clean and the view was amazing. Gym is spacious and with enough equipment. The pools are very clean and the proximity to the beach is very comfortable. The show on Friday night was super good with dance and acrobatics!!! An amazing surprise!

Minor things like no TV channels in English, no ‘real’ Turkish hammam, they did not give me a receipt at the check out and told me they will send it later. The location is good if you want to stay in an all-in hotel but be prepared that there is nothing interesting in Belek.

We stayed here 5 nights during a conference at the nearby NEST Convention Center which you can walk to. The club room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of choices for every meal, even for vegetarians like us - it's all inclusive so all meals and drinks including alcoholic drinks are included. The food was decent, no complaints. The beach was nice and not crowded in early October. There was nightly entertainment. The shows were not spectacular but they were enjoyable, especially the Mongolian acrobats. We loved the animals on the property, especially the ducks, bunnies and hedgehogs. The grounds were lovely. We didn't use the pool but it looked inviting. Our room was on the west side of the property and was generally quiet.

Aside from the NEST center, it's a bit difficult /expensive to get out of the all inclusive area of Belek to explore the area. There are only taxis, no public transportation and walking distances are very far. Sometimes we had to call twice to receive service. The staff generally only speak basic English. They are much more fluent in Russian, which luckily we can speak. They made up our room every day even when we put out the Do Not Disturb sign. There was no concierge. Some Russian tour agents (who did not speak English) hung out in the lobby to sell tours.

The resort has a good location, large green areas, beautiful gardens, and many places to sit and relax both indoors and outdoors. The food tasted good overall, and the facilities were suitable for families. A special thank you to Ms. Anna from Guest Relations, who was very friendly, helpful, and always tried her best to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Some issues during our stay needed more careful attention and better follow-up after being reported. The hotel would benefit from more precise checking and faster coordination between departments to make sure problems are fully resolved.
