Superb location just a few steps from the sandy son matias beach. Rooms have a terrace and great views to the beach and bay. Breakfast is simply lovely. 3 course diner is good and changed every day of the week. VIP terrace with jacuzzi’s. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Room is very basic and could use a modern upgrade. If you are lucky to have a room on the 1st floor you have direct access to the vip terrace 24/7 but the other hotel guests have to wait till 11am.

Location is great with the beach at the doorstep and lots of supermarkets and restaurants in very short walking distance. Staff at pool bar and lifeguard are great!

Air conditioning in room at 37 degrees heat outside wasnt working. I called reception and was told maintenance would come. 4 hours later I went downstairs to ask again and was told maintenance had left for the day but would come by the next day. So I asked for a fan which they gave me. For the next 4 nights air conditioning never worked and no one came to fix it. Spending €600 per night for a room not to have air conditioning is crazy. Cleaning ladies made the bed but dont replace instant coffee or sugar in room. This is definitely not 4 Star quality. Finally yes there's a beach view when you look straight from balcony, but if you look down, its a dirty nasty filthy back area to the restaurant covered in trash and dirt. Simply disgusting.
