Strandhotel Margaretha

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful location, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially the lovely lady at reception, whose kindness and professionalism were outstanding. We had to check out a day earlier than planned, and without hesitation, they generously refunded us the full amount for the unused night. This thoughtful gesture speaks volumes about their genuine care for their guests. Hospitality at its finest! Highly recommended, and we would happily return!

As a small suggestion for improvement, providing slippers in the rooms and slightly larger bed sheets would make the stay even more comfortable. These are minor details that would further enhance an otherwise wonderful experience. The breakfast could benefit from some improvements, particularly in terms of variety and selection, to better complement the hotel’s otherwise excellent hospitality and overall guest experience.

Beautiful

The location is absolutely superb—right on the main road, directly in front of the beautiful Wolfgangsee Lake. 🩷 The property also has its own private beach, and the views from there were simply out of this world! 🌊🏔️ There are plenty of activities to enjoy, including private boating, SUP boards, and comfortable beach chairs where you can simply sit back and soak in the views. And the rooms..Just wow! ✨ Beautiful, comfortable, and with views that make the whole stay feel extra special. Definitely a place I’d highly recommend!

Everything was Great

Hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking the lake.

The rooms were too hot to sleep at night. Very uncomfortable should have better cooling.
