Great location for tram. Bus and main major train station for airport link etc. Front desk staff very helpful - sorted breakfast bags for a couple of early starts we had.
Large room with plenty of room for cases. We had a room away from the streets so only had barely noticeable rumble from the trams.
On one day at breakfast everyone seemed to have come down at the same time and the kitchen staff were a little over run.

Older hotel - so as expected, tiny elevator- halls, but very clean, wonderful and accommodating staff, excellent location for us - short walk to train station. The staff were super helpful about food allergies, made a reservation for us, made suggestions for walks. Just wonderful.
We like older historic properties. Others might not. But for us it was great!

Nice breakfast. Unique decor. Sound damping windows blocked the noise of the busy streets below. Tram stop at the front door! Just steps away from the beautiful trendy rooftop bar across the street, Ceresio 7 Pools & Restaurant.
A little worn around the edges but this can be expected from a vintage hotel.

Older style hotel was appealing to us. Proximity to tram line was very handy. Proximity to local supermart and china town was helpful.
Staff were quite indifferent, at check-in and also breakfast room supervisor. Poor breakfast selection for healthy eaters. Too much processed meat, no real selection of fresh fruit.
