Breakfast and dinner were varied, well presented and well served.
Really excellent pool.
Convenient location.
Good room facilities.
The regular WhatsApp communications were a good initiative.
Reception often unmanned and confused handling of meal bookings and billings.
Room not serviced until mid-afternoon.
Pool service point should be open in September.
The introduction of a 'Virtual Concerge Service' is not a positive move!

Amazing facilities, kind staff, and exceptional breakfast. Bedroom was perfect, it had a lovely balcony with a view.
It's a bit tricky to find the entrance if you're walking from the city centre - instructions needed to avoid entering through the park.

Actual Pool was great
Staff at reception
Main bar and also the Pool bar was not great very small and lack of stocked for volume of people around pool.
We did breakfast one day of our stay it was not great either.
Also access to filtered water was an issue.

Rooms very small and dark. I book a triple room but got 2 small rooms connected. No view
