Eleftheria Hotel

A spectacular hotel with great atmosphere and very relaxed location. Great view of the sea from our room. Good continental breakfast with different choices everyday for something for everyone. The beach is a 5minute walk from the hotel and the shuttle bus is very useful to commute from the hotel to the main road and is free. Very clean and spacious rooms and the housekeeping were excellent and polite. The restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly and the pool and bar is a perfect spot to enjoy your afternoons and evenings. We had dinner a few occasions and is very delicious with nice food and fresh fruits. Would 10/10 recommend this hotel if you want to have a relaxed vacay far from hustle and bustle from the city and a clean and peaceful environment.

Nice hotel, amazing friendly staff and superb room cleaning.

Breakfast can be improved a lot as everyday the food menu was the same and we didn't like a lot of the food available in the breakfast. Regarding the evening dinner, we never ate dinner in the hotel so we cannot leave feedback on that.

Dość rozłożysty teren hotelu z ładna zadbana zielenią.Basen ładny, wygodny dobrze usytuowany, można było przyjemnie odpocząć. Najbardziej podobała mi się opcja śniadania na dworze z widokiem na morze. Blisko miasteczka - spacerkiem 10 min. Personel sympatyczny.

Pokój skromny, materac mało wygodny, prześcieradła za krótkie ciągle się zawijały. Śniadania bez szału.Kawa niezbyt smaczna,mało owoców.

The location as a base to stroll around Creete and out of the crowded streets with easy parking inside the hotel area.

We have been at the hotel seven years ago when we were lucky (we understand now) to stay in the main building in a nice room. Now we stayed in the last building away from the pool and central facilities. This was not a major issue but although the rooms had a great potential (with nice balconies with sea view), they were very dated, in particular the bathrooms - crying for urgent rebuild. The table and chairs in the balcony showed to be somehow old with evident signs of degradation. The AC in our room already missed some parts (although happily it worked). Staff made an effort to be friendly but we could notice it was not easy. The hotel facilities are not enough for a medium occupation - No available beds in the pool, queues for breakfast is the weather does not allow to use the outside tables. It has become a standard medium level hotel against the comfortable warm and welcoming place we stayed 7 years ago.
