Room with a view as booked. When we arrived called the check in number on reception. Code for keyboard was wrong but quickly changed to an alternative room.
Housekeeping staff very helpful and when we asked for more toilet rolls, ensured we had a good supply.
Room was on the third floor and very angular so easy to hit head. Bathroom light needed changing and remote control for telly didn't work. Bin hadn't been emptied from previous occupant.

Location was excellent, room lovely , bed comfortable , large towels, freebies.
Stairs and corridors needed a good hoover but other than that lovely place to stay .
