Lovely staff, great location, clean rooms everyday

The shower fixture was a bit dodgy

Central location, pool table was a great way to end the night. Even though I lost too many times

Well, the room above us was a workers get together at 8am every morning. Tv or songs blaring, then it was a construction site from 9am drills and banging nonstop, then in the afternoon it was a game of musical chairs. Very disruptive to our relaxing stay

The entire staff,all the way up and including the Director,were superb,totally courteous and at all times helpful.

I liked everything about the property.

Great location, the staff were so lovely and helpful. Mini fridge was helpful, the 3 single bed room was useful for us as a group of 3 men, reasonably sized room Also taxi lane was great pulls up right out the front of the hotel. We also used the scooters on the corner which was also worth it. Didn’t use the pool or pool table but they all seemed like good additions

Tired property in terms of air con We left it on for the whole trip and it didn’t cool down our room at all. The reception was even hot so I can imagine the whole building struggles. Couldn’t leave the window open due to noise, so was too hot to sleep most nights. I just wish we had a small cheap fan for the room. We asked but there wasn’t any. Also any bottle opener would have also helped but that’s minor. Also to note walls can be thin so hearing people in hallways and next door can be a little annoying when going to sleep I do think If we could stay cool at night it would have been a lot more comfortable
