Cundavilla Hotel & Suites

The hosts were amazing — very welcoming, friendly, ready to recommend places of interest, books etc. Also this hotel has one of the most comfortable beaches for family vacation I've ever seen. It's right by the see, not crowded, calm and you can always get a drink or ice cream from the bar/restaurant. Breakfast was great and quite big. restaurant saved us a couple of times when we were too lazy to get to the town or when we arrived too late to go out. Rooms are nice and comfortable and it takes less than 2 minutes to get to the main building and to the sea. There is a nice swimming pool right next to the lodging. Overall, the place is great for: - calm family vacations (with children, older parents etc) - short getaway if you are vacationing on Aegean Sea — Cunda is not very crowded and this hotel provides everything

It's not hotel's fault, just something to take into consideration — the road to the town is a bit tricky, goes uphill. But I liked the exercise

Booked based on the reviews and was not disappointed. Very charming, laid back beach vibes. The property has a beautiful little stretch of beach, and is very well located in the Ayvalik beach area. We were probably the only foreigners around - Ayvalik is mainly a Turkish tourist spot - but the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Great spot and one of the most relaxing hotels I've stayed at in a while. Solid 10/10.

The location was perfect, with a supermarket nearby and a private beach at the hotel. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast. What really stood out, though, was the quality of the service, the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The building is a little older, so the soundproofing isn’t the best and you can sometimes hear other guests at night. This might be something to consider for light sleepers. The bathroom also shows some signs of age, but everything was functional.

1 - Staff was very pleasant and attentive. 2- Food is nice and service is very good. 3- They help animals in the neighborhood which I highly appreciated. 4- beds are comfortable

1- Bathrooms are too small and our toilet flush kept getting stuck. 2- Curtains are small and do not block sunlight in the mornings. There are no shutters either. We kept waking up with exposure to light or noise. 3- Walls are thin and there is a gap between room’s door and the wall. All activity in the naked corridors echo inside the room. 4- Hotel has a beach and beach chairs on it, yet they do not provide beach towels. We had to purchase them.
