Room was massive, very dated but didn't really matter. Bed was comfortable, wifi was good and the room was quiet and dark at night. No kettle but didn't expect one. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was average and had to be chosen the day before. Location is nice inside a park. If arriving by car, you enter from the back on the roof and take the lift down. Will stay there again as I need to return to Dobrich.

Nice big, comfortable room. Lovely balcony with park view. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff. Easy, free parking.
Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been good. A vegan option at breakfast would also have been nice.

Big rooms, hotel set up with garden, clean everything
Terrible service at the restaurant, anti customer attitude from the staff, the sentiment that we had - that our existance in the hotel bothers very much the restaurant staff. Terrible set up for breakfast, lacking basic stuff from the table (napkins, plates etc) and disrespect from the staff.
