İkinci kez kalıyorum. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Çok güzel bir konumda, gayet geniş odalar iyi bir kahvaltı.

A Disappointing Night’s Sleep and a Question for Hotel Management Unfortunately, we had a terrible night’s sleep due to an extremely uncomfortable mattress. As we have a long drive ahead of us tomorrow, getting a good night’s rest is essential. This morning, I emailed reception requesting a room change. When we went down for breakfast, I followed up in person, and to their credit, the staff acted immediately and moved us to another room with a brand-new mattress. However, this leaves me with one important question. When we first arrived, I noticed that the hotel lobby was full of mattresses, suggesting that replacements were already being carried out. The hotel also appeared to be relatively quiet, so why were we initially allocated a room with such an uncomfortable mattress when new ones were available? I appreciate the staff’s prompt response and their efforts to resolve the issue, but surely a comfortable bed should be a basic expectation when booking a hotel. Good customer service is about putting things right, but ideally, guests shouldn’t have to lose a night’s sleep before the problem is addressed.
