Antaris Cintermex

Location was excellent. Across from the Fundidora park. Transport was easily accessible. There is a Chili's on-site and a 7-Eleven and Dr. Carl's around the corner, so food options were good. There was also quick delivery through Uber Eats. The room was comfortable for 2 persons. The toiletries and water were refreshed each day. The staff was quite responsive to any concerns we had. They brought extra towels and some other items almost immediately when we called. The cleaning staff was always pleasant and attentive to what we needed.

There seems to have been a leak or maybe it is the position of the pipe at the sink, as quite often the countertop was flooded. While breakfast was excellent, it was a little too pricey for our budget. Also, we never saw the pool or spa as it seemed it was under renovation or closed while we were there.

If you have a convention/expo to attend at Cintermex, the hotel is just in front of the venue, so no need to spend money on transportation, and even it has a pedestrian bridge to cross over the avenue, unfortunately is not wheelchair accessible, so if you need to use wheelchair, you might need to use the crossing at street level, which it's risky. If you didn't have an expo to attend, Cintermex is part of Fundidora Park, which is a main attraction in the city so you are not only close to a convention center, but also to the Park itself.

The water was leaking from the shower area, due to the glass that separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom was not properly sealed, so all the splashed water from taking a shower was leaking outside up to the room's door.
