Beds could be a little more comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay here! The host was extremely welcoming and always willing to help, with great communication throughout our stay. The homemade breakfast was exceptionally delicious, and the room was spotlessly clean and cozy. The bed was so comfortable that we slept like a baby every single night. The location is unbeatable—right outside the doorstep are the bus stop, the pier, and breathtaking lake views. It’s simply a fantastic place to stay, and I strongly recommend it ！

Property is really good than they advertise. Rooms are big with balconies but they don’t advertise these

The room was cozy and clean bathroom, very close to the bus station and less than 2 min walk to the lake

My stay at Hotel Walida was not that great. Everything felt very minimal, almost like resources were being rationed. There was no body wash in the bathroom, and when I asked, I was told it would be provided during cleaning—so had to insist to get one, and only one!Towels and the bath mat were also not replaced, just left to dry! I hope they had changed from previous guest Breakfast was a bit unusual compared to typical hotel standards, maybe switzerland version which I initially found interesting. However, when I asked for an egg, I was told no and shown a salad-like dish instead, which was quite confusing. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it would be much better with improved management and service.
