- Great location! Very central, close to everything.
I also liked the street - there were not any nightclubs or late bars in the proximity which meant it was quiet during the night.
- WiFi was good
- they provided a double bed
- The walls are very thin and it can be noisy from the rest of the guest staying at the property. The doors are loud, can hear every time someone comes in/goes out.
- 2 individual pillows rather than 1 long one for both of of would have been more comfortable

Room was small - but perfectly adequate for 3 people. The beds were comfortable. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job during our stay. The location was fantastic for lovers of city life.
As previously mentioned, the room was small. A bit of extra space would have been nice.

It is a great location.
But the rooms are in different parts of at least two buildings. For my room, the walls were thin and I could hear the couple next door arguing for a long while. And it was raining in Madrid and the noise of rain on airconditioning units outside my window was pretty loud all night long. I wasn't expecting luxury - but this was not what I hoped for, and when my flight out was cancelled I chose a different hotel. Also when I called the two numbers on the card I was given, neither picked up.
