Staff where friendly and bed was comfortable
The cleaning on the rooms was bad I found a snack box behind the drawer next to the bed as I had to pull it out to use the plug socket. The walls have dirty marks and same with the carpets

Yet another great stay at the Artto Hotel. The place was spotless the staff were very friendly and polite. The room was a decent size with a bath/shower. The breakfast was a continental breakfast. Another bonus is the Hotel owns the Indian Restaurant next door. The Hotel is dead opposite Glasgow Central Railway Station and the location is good. Would I stay here again? Yes definitely.
Nothing.

The room was perfect. In fact, we paid far less than everything other accommodation we looked at and we were very happily surprised with how clean the room was, fresh crisp linen on the beds. Located right across the central train station or a 12 minute walk from the Queen train station is a big plus in my books!!

The size of the single room was good. Decent sized desk & ample storage space.
The carpets were old & need replaced - a number of significant stains.
The net curtains were quite mouldy at the top.
The bathroom needed refurbishing.
