The staff particularly helpful and we enjoyed complimentary use of the spa facilities as part of our stay.

Room is clean and huge!! Too bad there is no fridge. There is an Arab bath included for 1 person. You can also purchase a massage session, very affordable. Highly recommended! Very satisfied with the staff, he is very nice!
It's excellent. Highly recommended!

The spa is gorgeous, the location is handy for the sights, the bathroom is more modern than it looks
Just wish the spa has a sauna

We have stayed in this property before and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This time, the air conditioner did not work, or should I say it worked for 20 minutes and then would shut off. The hotel staff came to the room twice to try and rectify the situation, but it did not work. They were suppose to make a financial adjustment in the morning when we checked out, but that never happened as there was no record of us having issues when the morning front desk person arrived.
