Friendly helpful staff. Excellent location Lovely apartment and we were able to leave our car in carpark and walk.

Car parking was very limited and very tight

Great location, in walking distance to events at John Cain, Rod Laver, MCG and AAMI Park. Spacious room with everything we needed including comfy bed and coffee machine! Fabulous staff that were more than happy to help and accommodate our after hours arrival :) Value for money

Very tidy and walking distance from the City. Plenty of space in the rooms. Easy checkin/out. Staff were very friendly.

Parking is not included and this wasn’t made clear in the booking process. Instead we were told (upon checkin) their parking facilities were booked out (rather than being reserved for guests) and to go park our car at the other hotel up the road. When we tired to do this, the other hotel told us they reserve their parking for their guests (Which seems completely fair and expected to me) We insisted had to park over a 2 km walk away and pay $96 for 1 night. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Showers were intermediate between hot and cold. Other guests were very *loud* at night.
