Montebello Deluxe Hotel

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice variety of options to choose from. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the location right by the sea was fantastic. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a great place to enjoy a relaxing stay!

Great view, calm and clean Professional and very kind staff

Очень удачная локация

Номер был на первом этаже возле бассейна. Кое-где в ванной комнате просматривалась плесень. Межу стеной и изголовьем кровати был большой слой пыли, что говорит о некачественной уборке.

The location was comfortable. Very close to the beach and not in the centre of the hustle, so it was always quite.

The Wi-Fi is just awful, it was absolutely unusefull, because it was impossible to do anything in the net. Also we had awful experience during the check in. We booked one type of room number, but the absolutely another room was given to us. When we went to the reception to change our room number, the receptionist said that they don't have that room number, which we booked. But in 5 minutes it appeared! Focus! The receptionists was rude and unwelcome. Also, the quality of cleaning is extremely poor. On the photo you can see how dirty was the fan in our room. In the shelf we found a lot of dust. The shower was not working properly, because the scale has blocked the water pressure.
