Great old building with high ceiling and lots of original wood decoration.
Welcoming staff. Good breakfast.
Close to everything: the Adrien Dubouche porcelain/dish Museum, the Art Deco Train station (best place for Steak and Frites), the Cathedral and stunning City Hall / Hotel de Ville.
Excellent value.
No AC. But room came with a fan which made a significant difference!
We happened to be in France during a hot period.

Bathroom was main pipe for all above rooms and was very noisy throughout the night and the morning
