Lovely quaint bedroom with VERY comfortable beds. Ideal location. Super friendly hosts who truly go the extra mile. Breakfast was excellent.
Some maintenance issues.

Chris and Liz are great hosts, Rocklea Guest House is in a great location 5 minutes walk in to Windermere Town centre, 15 minutes walk into Bowness, Chris makes a amazing Breakfast with plenty of choice.
