It was a historic and charming hotel and the service and food breakfast and dinner was exceptional.
Not much and any issues are due to the historic character of the property so understood.

This was our second visit to Brondums. We like the "old world charm" of the place, and especially the fact that everything, such as the little windows in the room, work! The decor is excellent.
We could have been given more information on arrival about things like ordering drinks (there is no bar as such, but drinks, alcoholic or otherwise, are available).

We stayed in the annex and I liked the decoration of the rooms - very like Hammershoi paintings. Breakfast was good. I was glad we had booked an en suite room as most had shared facilities. Excellent location for walking to Skagen museum and Ancher house.
Really disappointed that no kettle in room for tea and coffee. A hot water thermos was provided downstairs but only in the morning when it was also available at breakfast. Surely they could put in a coffee/hot water machine? No housekeeping on the second of our 2 day stay. Rooms in Annex had very thin walls too.
It seemed to be living off the Skagen artists connection.
