Villa de Pico Highland Beach Resort

We liked everything! The staff were all great, very respectful and helpful, especially Juliet. She is amazing, very easy to deal with. The entire place is clean, a hidden gem. We especially loved the infinity pool, warm water and clean, the lounge chairs were very pretty and a lot to choose from. We like that the area is safe and quiet, away from the hassle and bustle. We loved the view. Any room you stay in, you will get an amazing view of the ocean and pool. We only booked for a day but as soon as we arrived, we decided to extend our stay because you can't get enough of the place! The room we originally booked is newly painted and the smell was so strong. They moved us to a much better room to accommodate our needs. We will definitely come back and we highly recommend this place!

The views, fascilities and aesthetic of this venue were simply incredible. Divine: like a beach paradise. I wish I stayed here forever. It was so magical. And the beaches were all like 20 min away.

My room was very different to what I thought, and i got sand into my room coz we had to walk around barefoot. Breakfast was included but it was alittle small: just juice, eggs and a pancake.

The large amount of steep steps to get to the main office as well as to our executive room, it was very difficult for my elderly parents to get to the room. Once at the room, they couldn’t come down to even walk down to enjoy the pool so they had to stay in the room for the whole stay. Other items that were an inconvenience is the constant beeping of the smoke alarm (which they disconnected), the TV didn’t have clear reception so we were unable to watch any TV, the main ceiling fan was inoperable (they said it was for decoration only but did deliver two standing electric fans for us to use and there was not a microwave.
