I truly enjoyed the location and the hotel facilities. The staff were very attentive, respectful, and supportive throughout our stay, which made the overall experience even more pleasant. The breakfast menu was diverse and catered very well to our needs.**
Bathroom cleanliness was the main area for improvement and, unfortunately, the biggest disappointment for a 4-star hotel. A more thorough deep cleaning after each guest would be highly recommended, as there were visible signs of mold and the bathroom, including the bathtub and toilet, did not meet the expected cleanliness standards for such level.

Breakfast and the beach
Old furniture,the bathtub was leaking, the drain was clogged, the shower curtain was dirty and old, the dryer on the terrace was broken.
