Tras Mutiara Hotel Bentong

Our first impressions were very positive, what with the white, clean and bright lobby!I complimented the lady boss on our impressions. Upon entering the room, we were also positively surprised by its cleanliness (note: we had booked our queen size bed room but did not notice it was without windows. We then 'upgraded' the room with an additional RM30/night payment). One negative was the dim LED light at the bathroom. I know these LEDs lose their brightness very quickly and I requested changing it and lamented to my wife the disconnect between housekeeping and maintenance. Not talking about the rooms' conditions would only cause dismay with the guests. Still, with the Old Town Kopitiam on one side and a laundromat on the other, it was a very nice quiet neighbourhood. Will seriously consider returning to the hotel the next time!

We don't like rooms without windows and maybe I missed it when we made the bookings...

Location is out of the main town area but condulsive with convenience stores and a supermarket behind the hotel. Could improve the service by ensuring clean and fresh bedsheets are change frequently plus the smell of the rooms.

The bedsheets wasn't clean. Could see that the bedsheets are dirty. One of our rooms has foul smell. We requested for a change of room but was told to pay RM10.00 for upgrade. However, during my booking of 2 rooms, i paid extra for rooms with window but was denied at the Reception Counter. They said it is a frequent problem they have with hotel guests. Booking.com has to look into this matter, Thank you

Location is good - Mr DIY, Eco Shop and a couple of chinese coffee shops are a walking distance. There's a Petronas and a TF Value Mart (opposite road). Room was big for 3 of us. Toiletries were sufficient for 3 of us (towels, toothbrush sets, shower gels n shampoo x3). Good job! <3

Just the side cupboard which we cannot hang more than 2 shirts. That's all.
