If I come back again, one of the main reasons will be the receptionists. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. Throughout my stay, they made sure I felt at home.

The restaurant and staff, they put up with my bad Spanish even though they all could speak or understand English
A bit old and dated

Big bathroom, balcony was a nice extra, comfy beds and clean. Day time staff were nice - night time one not so much.
They had very thin curtains which wasn’t great for when the sun rises - so if you go to bed late you won’t get a great night sleep. There was a bright light on the balcony that you couldn’t turn off and shined through the room all night! I spoke to the night staff about this and he said you can’t do anything but close the curtains that were just thin fabric.
