Hostal Casa Del Inka

The facilities were great and comfortable, the staff is very attentive and kind, they helped us many times and were always willing to support any requests. The breakfast was very nice! The location is great and we surely will love to come back to stay in this Hostal again.

We stayed several times between trips and were able to leave our big bags for free at the hostel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Simple breakfast of bread, jam, fruit and pancakes served on the terrace, which had a lovely view. Great location on a quiet street a few minutes from the main square. It is up some steep steps so you’ll need to carry your bags as a taxi could not get up the street.

The room was a little cold but lots of blankets available and the shower was warm if you had it on a low pressure.

I recently stayed for a few weeks with my teenage daughter. The location was absolutely great, the views are amazing from the patio up top. The staff was so friendly and I enjoyed seeing their smiling faces daily before and after our outings. Even with the language barrier it was so easy to come and go (we were really active while in Peru) they really made us feel at home. The Hostal felt safe, and we had access to breakfast on the days we didn’t leave too early for tours. The stairs to hostel might be a bit much for some but for us it meant we got a workout everyday going back and forth AND that meant more food :)

It’s not so much a problem for us but it can be a bit chilly but we had LOTS of blankets so we weren’t cold at night. I only found it hard when showering but really just be prepared that Cusco is chilly and you need to have proper clothing!
