Hotel Imperial

Location is excellent, hotel is newly renovated, in front of the train station.

Alot of work in the hotel, the rooms are not sound prove... No breakfast. Water pressure is weak.

Great location Very helpful staff, especially reception who granted membership a room before the official check-in time Lots of eateries nearby and transport hubs

Can get a bit noisy, because of Karaoke neighboring premises, but not too late

What breakfast? Not provided by the hotel? Breakfast outside takes a little looking around.

Could do better with providing basic necessities like bathing soap, a couple sachets of coffee or tea n tissues.

The amenities OUTSIDE of the hotel were excellent like the hotel was located next to the metro lines (mono rail and MRT), many F&B outlets and in smacked within the retail belt.

The interior facilities, though look new (probably just renovated), were far from satisfactory like the central air con was noisy (emitting a humming sound constantly) and the water heater was not consistent and most time, did not have hot water - to both issues, the maintenance man mentioned that there was little that could be done. In addition, the housekeeping had to be activated to supply new items like tooth brushes, toilet roll and shower gel.
