Ichan Qal'a Premium Class Hotel

Luxury hotel,where we wanted to relax for a couple of days after travelling along the attractions of the silk road! The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful, breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of choices,location is great with many restaurants close by,and a short taxi ride to any locations should you wish to visit during your stay. We loved the pool for sunbathing and just relaxing,along with the stylish style of the hotel with plenty of style and kept immaculate.

Great facilities, especially the pool and sauna. Breakfast was really nice, even had some live music!

Nothing - it’s all good.

I had a really pleasant stay overall and ended up extending my visit longer than planned, which says a lot in itself. The team were excellent — genuinely warm, accommodating, and always helpful. I was given a lovely room that was spacious, comfortable, and very relaxing. The hotel itself is beautiful and has great potential. That said, it does appear the property is currently undergoing renovations. Some areas were covered in plastic and there was occasional daytime noise, which slightly affected the atmosphere. Nothing unbearable, but worth noting for light sleepers or those planning to spend a lot of time in the hotel during the day. The pool and sauna facilities were good and a highlight. Breakfast, however, was a bit of a letdown. The selection was exactly the same each day and felt quite average. I also noticed late at night that several breakfast items were already laid out, which made me question how fresh everything was in the morning. Despite this, the staff truly made the stay enjoyable — especially one lovely lady on the team whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. Their hospitality really made the difference. I’d absolutely consider coming back once the renovations are complete, as the hotel clearly has strong foundations and a great team behind it. Thank you for the stay!
