Great positioning !!! 3-4 minutes walk from the castle.
The accomodation has its own restaurant so we were able to also have dinner there and also the food was very good.
The bed was indeed extra large so there was no need neither for me, my wife or my toddler to sleep on the couch.. we snuggled all 3 pretty comfortably in the XL bed. Extra blankets and pillow (really, really good ones) in the closet.
Minor things, neither of which are worth mentioning.

Location is very near the Bran castle. The room is clean.
The staff seemed cold or English was insufficient. We had to leave early to go to the castle on the second morning but the breakfast started from 9 am and our package included breakfast, no take-away breakfast was offered. Only drinking water at the lobby, no one was around after even 8 pm.
