Breakfast was great! Most staff were friendly. Awesome coffee shop across the road. Welcome drink on arrival was a lovely touch and very refreshing.
Reflooring happening on the entire floor which was troublesome at times. A little further out from the city than what we thought.

Outside of building was beautiful, swimming pool and restaurant were good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms were old with pealed wall paper. Taps splashed water everywhere. Shower also splashes water everywhere. Towels need to be updated.

The pool was fantastic.
The hotel was far away from the main part of Da Nang.

The location and breakfast
The first room we notice a strong smell of bad water like a septic we only lasted 2 hours and demanded a clean room. That area stunk for 3 days before someone worked on it. At the end it was OK.
I was told that there where no rooms available when the request was sent but after a second call with a demand . By wife's had to throw up. That's how bad it was.
I still recommend this hotel just don't except bad smells.
