We stayed in the large garden room overlooking the garden. The convenient parking for our car a few doors away and the breakfast were great. Staff were friendly.
A few minor things. As mentioned by others - Hand soap in the bathroom should be a given. The sound from the staff talking on (what founded like speaker) phone was annoying. The doors have big gaps and could go with proper seals to keep the sound out. The pool area was used by staff and guests to smoke so we didn’t use the area.

Lovely location just outside the city center but only a block from the tram stop. It is great if you have a car as parking is provided in a garage a few doors away.
There is a nice pool and relaxing grounds. A beautiful breakfast is served around the pool, weather permitting.
This was our second stay and will not be our last :)

Location to tram so easy to get in to the centre
Lack of quiet space, all using phones were on speaker for all to hear!!
