Everything was perfect at this place - once you reached the fourth floor on which it was located. Super clean room ( very comfy bed/ wi fi/ lighting) and a superb spacious bathroom with good shower. Everything seemed well maintained and kept immaculately. It was also quiet once you closed the balcony doors - not that the outside noise disturbed us as such.

The location although central was just opposite the station - which was why we chose it for the one night as it served the purpose as it was convenient for travel to the airport the next day. So the hotel served its purpose. The building is located on this huge piazza which is well served re restaurants - but it just didn’t feel too safe I’m afraid. But I rather feel most of central Naples is like this and maybe this was one of the more salubrious locations…..

I booked it thinking it was a hotel so was disappointed that it wasn’t. It was difficult to find the way in.

We arrived at Naples Central Station after midnight, and Stefano (the host) had sent us extremely detailed instructions in advance, which made it easy to check in smoothly even at 1am. Communication was outstanding from the very first message. The next morning, Stefano's wife personally prepared breakfast for us and was incredibly warm and welcoming. The location is unbeatable — literally across the street from Napoli Centrale station, making it perfect for anyone catching early trains or arriving late. The apartment itself was spotless and very well organized. But what truly sets this place apart happened weeks later: my fiancée accidentally left her Apple Watch in the room, and we only realized it once we were far from Naples. I reached out to Stefano, and he personally took the time to locate it and kept it safe for us. A week later, we were able to return and pick it up exactly as we'd left it. This level of honesty, care, and hospitality is genuinely rare. If you're looking for a place to stay in Naples, this is it — perfect location, spotless apartment, delicious breakfast, and a host who goes far beyond what's expected. Highly, highly recommended!

Hotel was just beside the train station,which is a great plus. Room was super clean & large. The lady was very nice.

Only sad part is that AC was not working,and we had to open the windows and there was a lot of noise outside. So no good sleep for our 2 days stay :( Hope they repair the AC asap :)
