Very nice hotel and breakfast. Personal is friendly Beer is good. Must try. Good noise cancellation Nice facilities, room was great!

Check in was challanging as there were a lot of people in the bar and the receptionist were helping to serve the beer. I spent 15-20 minutes to get the keys. Be mind if you come on Friday or Saturday

Дуже сподобався готель: розташуванням, ідеальною чистотою, гостинністю, смачною їжею, відмінним сніданком, компліментами у вигляді пляшок з пивом. Усе просто на висоті, шкода, що залишилися на одну ніч тільки транзитом.

receptionist has no business working in customer service. I made 2 reservations for two rooms from my booking account, the receptionist told me there was no second reservation, started shouting and escalating conflict. later, with the help of a senior manager, she found the second reservation by the name of the person staying. if something is kot clear to the receptionist, she shouldn’t start yelling at customers. besides all this, I booked the room while in Kiev, there was no check in time limit. during the day i recieve a message, that the reception will close at 19 and I need to be there. like, how am I supposed to know how long the border crossing will take? please state clearly that you don’t accept late arrivals, if so!! restaurant was closed on monday or whatever day we arrived, also a dissapointment. all in all, great looking building, but interior is dated, customer service terrible, they surprise you with a time limit on arrival - don’t think I’ll be returning. ir’s esoecially dissapointing after staying in the other place in this town, it’s on another level, sadly. This place needs a full refurb, including the staff.
