Guesthouse Anna

Excellent location, very easy to reach the city center. The bus was always crowded, but that's not the fault of the host. The neighbourhood is very quiet, and within short distance of the beach and several supermarkets and places to eat, which was a plus. The bed was very comfortable, and there is AC, which is needed since it was very hot outside. The host Anna was very nice, although it was difficult to communicate since she doesn't speak english.

The kitchen was a bit basic. Some essentials such as salt, pepper, olive oil and/or butter/oil, were not provided. There could also be more kitchenware and the stove took ages to heat up enough to cook. The location of the house is really good, if the house was renovated and modernized, this would be a 10/10 place. Also, although this was not a problem, there is another room right next door, which was not clear in booking.

Az elhelyezkedés kiváló, a buszmegálló és a Lapad strand közelsége sokat hozzáadott a dubrovniki ottlétünkhöz. A szállástól 5 perc sétára található egy tenger melletti sétáló utca és egy nagy bevásárlóközpont. A szállásadónkkal gördülékeny volt a kommunikáció, a szállás elhagyása után megőrizték csomagjainkat az indulásunkig. Klimatizált a szoba, ami a nyári melegben nagyon hasznosnak bizonyult, a kis mérete ellenére jó elosztású és megfelelő felszereltségű az apartman.

Alap eszközök voltak a konyhában, azonban több dolog hiányzott a komfortos főzéshez, konyhai tevékenységhez (pl. olló, egész vágódeszka, a szálláson csak egy kis vágódeszka volt félbetörve). A szomszéd szobával közös fal meglehetősen vékony, így, ha ott mások is megszállnak zavaró lehet.

V pokojnom rodinnom prostredí, pod tieňom viniča a granátovníka…vyjdeš z dverí a si v záhrade. Všetko potrebné na jednom mieste. Milá hostiteľka, udržiava všetko čisté. Dostupnost (pamiatky, pláž, promenáda, reštaurácie,obchody) pešo alebo autobusom prípadne Boltom. Spojený relax a fitnes v jednom. Schody sa stanú vašim priateľom 😉 už viem prečo je Dubrovnik modrá zóna 💪

Furnitures and equipments are ok. It was clean. Bus station is close.

Room is in a shared garden with shared corridor. Fron there you can see inside the rooms. No privacy, therefore we kept the door shut, so it was dark, and there was a lot of moisture because of the inner bathroom. It could be a great private apartment with a private garden, if there were only one, instead of two small. You have to walk up on the hill, but there is no view at all. The host is nice and helpful, thank you! Really talkative, but we don't really like talkative hosts, we like privacy, no knocks on door etc.. Dubrovnik is way too expensive.
