Very good location, just 10 to 15 minutes walk from the restaurants, shops and castle. The hotel is small and independently run so you feel like a guest rather than just one of the crowd in a larger hotel. The room we had was very big and comfortable and I think we had been upgraded from the standard room we booked. Breakfast was very good with a choice of cooked breakfasts and my wife who is a vegan was well catered for.
Nothing.

I stayed in “the cottage” adjacent to the main building it was comfortable and clean the main hotel is in a great location near to the Cathedral and river.
It was quiet and I had a good nights sleep
Even though the owners had gone to great lengths to make it very secure I still felt a bit vulnerable in there.

I think property is a great place to stay. But price point, I feel it is way too expensive for what it offers. Although my stay was only for a night, may be it was just me. But I paid less than what I paid here for a 4 star stay one day before for 2 nights.
