La atención de Lucia siempre dispuesta a guiarte, ayudarte.
No me gustó lo estrecho del baño y la seguridad de una de las ventanas que precisaba arreglos.

Location is perfect. 7 minutes walking to Sagrada Família, lots of little coffee shops and restaurants, grocery stores and attractions.
Cozy, clean little apartment, have anything you need.
The host is flexible, very nice.
Great for short stay and visiting.
NO AIR CONDITIONER !
summer in Barcelona is hot and it was so hot inside and out, we couldn’t sleep. There are fans but no help.
The bathroom looks like it was a later addition., built on the balcony.
IT’S VERY LOUD NIGHT TIME!
There is a night club under, and young people go out to smoke, talk loud and around 5-6 they come all out and it’s like a stampede . :)
We were 4 people, 2 adults and out 2 teenagers. The second bed is a pull out couch in the living room. Not very confortabile, and small space for 4 people. For 2 people it’s perfect.

As others have mentioned, Lucia is a great host! She is very welcoming and happy to go over all aspects of the property.
A few blocks away from La Sagrada Familia and close walking distance to neighborhood markets, pharmacies, banks, etc.
Property does not have AC. Fans were provided but one made squeaking noises when set to high speed and it was very dusty. During our summer stay, we had to sleep with open windows and neighborhood noises (motorcycles, barking dogs, people leaving a nearby bar) but that's part of the central location. Towels were rough and 1 toilet paper roll provided for 3 people and 4 nights. Our unit sat right above a sushi restaurant so we had a large brown insect crawl into our unit one night.

"Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko dwóch stacji metra i blisko Sagrada Familia. W pobliżu sklepy i knajpki. My traktowaliśmy apartament jako punkt wypadowy na miasto i tylko nocowaliśmy, wiec było OK. D..."
