Paradise Beach Club

Lovely property, very friendly and attentive staff, and our room was quite large, big bathroom with the most perfect view overlooking the sea and the pool too! We loved our stay here!

Everything was honestly super wow! We didn’t expect it to be this good, especially after seeing that the reviews didn’t give the place as much credit as it deserves. The room was big and comfortable, the location was great, and the pool with direct access to the beach was absolutely amazing. We also had full board, and the food was really delicious. We even ordered a hookah to our room and they brought it to us, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We really loved our time here and would definitely come back!

The only small thing we noticed was that the bathroom could use a little more attention, and some of the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Nothing that really bothered us or affected our stay.

The hotel location is good, and the pool and outdoor seating area are beautiful. However, the rooms need some improvement.

On our first day, we ordered grilled chicken, cordon bleu, and a salad for lunch. After 40 minutes, only the salad was served. Then, after 1 hour and 12 minutes — and after following up several times on the order — the food finally arrived. The grilled chicken was not actually grilled and was undercooked, as if it had been boiled in water and was old. The cordon bleu was full of oil, and the French fries were overcooked, oily, and tasted old as well. When we spoke with the manager and asked to cancel the order, no action was taken, and we were still asked to pay the full bill. After check-out, when I asked for all my bills, I found that I was charged for the drinks and salade , At the very least, when the manager receives such a complaint, he should take proper action, remove the charges, and handle the situation professionally. And the Wi-Fi in the rooms was very slow, and the electricity kept cutting off all the time.
