Solara Diamond Hotel

Bedroom was really nice and big with a nice big window and very good in general.

Breakfast - no western options, full Vietnamese buffet only. The gym is appalling and cannot be called a gym.

It was a walking distance to central and the beach.

Some leaks, small towels, no cold fridge in the room.

The location is convenient, within walking distance of the beach and relatively close to the airport. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay.

The cleanliness and overall condition of the room were extremely disappointing. The toilet seat had unpleasant stains, and the room did not feel properly cleaned. Our bed felt damp and had a musty smell, while the bedsheets and pillows smelled as though they had not been changed after the previous guest. The shower in mu room also did not have working hot and cold water, leaving me freezing during my morning shower. Even the complimentary razor was so blunt that my father scratched himself while using it, which was particularly concerning. Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was limited, and the food was bland. We decided not to have breakfast at the hotel on our second day because the options were simply not appealing. Overall, the experience fell far below our expectations. While the location is convenient, cleanliness, comfortable bedding, proper bathroom facilities, and decent food are basic expectations that should not be compromised. Unfortunately, this stay was unpleasant, and I would not return or recommend this hotel to others.
