Wisemans Retreat

Good location, bed and plenty of hot water.

Too many emails received prior to and during the stay plus the toilet cistern was off the wall, the shower door did not close and a cupboard door needed repair.

Location, check-in process, room size and natural light, great family vibe

Bathrooms are starting to look really daggy, and the TV only had ABC channels to watch.

The reception staff were fantastic and funny. Loved being checked in by the staff that made you feel like home

Close to everything. Grounds looked nice but being winter didn’t swim or spend much time in them.

Room was pretty rough with bricks missing in front of the exterior wall facade. Listing says kitchenette that you can cook in but when I brought a heat and eat meal back from across at the cafe for my dinner there was no way to heat it, also tried the onsite restaurant that said it was open and it wasn’t open - so no dinner for me. There is no locks on the inside of the room door - Travelling alone this was quite unnerving for me knowing someone could just open my door. There are gaps in the walls and in the cornice on the wall.
