Luca is a wonderful host. We loved the property and the not so distant (1-2 miles) local towns.A great spot for a family visit. Follow the video to get there!!!K&M

An absolutely lovely property and fantastic location! We arrived slightly early, but Luca and his wife showed us around and were happy for us to leave the bags there whilst we went to the supermarket. They couldn't have been more helpful with directions to supermarkets and local restaurants througout our stay when needed. They were always quick to respond and help with any of our questions (with brilliant English!).The villa was amazingly clean and very comfortable for the family with excellent facilities. It really has everything you need and more! The pool and the jacuzzi were lovely, especially in the hot weather. It was the perfect location to venture out to Pisa (around 45 mins) and Florence (around 60 mins). Well worth using the Pisamover and Villa Costanza if you're driving. We also went to Lucca twice (well worth exploring) and Vinci, both around 30 minutes away. We will definitely be looking to stay again!

Secluded, well-maintained and beautiful, we couldn’t have asked for more.

Returned from our 2 week break in this beautiful part of Italy. The villa is excellent with lots of room and everything you need for our stay. Luca and Manuela met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know, Luca also recommended places to visit and restaurants to eat at. We would defiantly like to return to this villa and part of Italy at some point in the future.
