Very friendly staff and lovely dining area, with a fireplace to relax after your meal with lovely comfy chairs. The food was excellent. We had an evening meal and breakfast. Easy parking and the room was excellent, would definitely book again.
There was nothing to dislike.

Everything! A great place to stay if travelling to or from Bristol Airport. Indeed we would not stay anywhere else! Very highly recommended! The staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient, they just could not do enough for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our short overnight stay. Excellent food and great service for dinner and breakfast. Wonderful, well equipped rooms with excellent large shower rooms, all very modern and very clean. Again, when we travel via Bristol Airport, we will book the Darlington early to make sure we get a room there. It is the best hotel for us!
Nothing at all. OK it is still a work in progress in some areas but very well done to the owners and staff. They do an excellent job and provide an excellent welcoming service throughout your stay.

Close to the airport, food was good, hotel was clean
Too much road noise leading to very little sleep, no water pressure for a decent shower, ran bathroom sink hot tap go a good 5 minutes and no hot water.
