Amazing location. Big apartment. Responsive host. Very clean (decor was very over the top but fun). Lift was great for mobility issues.
Hot water didn’t work well.

Size, decor, location, cleanliness, incredibly responsive staff,
The shower head in the first bathroom detaches and water sprays everywhere. Needs repair.
No toaster.

Great location, good space for a group of people sharing and authentic decor.
Toilets very noisy. A/c in two of the bedrooms were not cooling well.

The location was great. The street was a little noisy with a band playing and the bells ringing in the morning but that was a good memory. The photos make the place look bigger than it was but accommodated our 7 people nicely.
The inconvenience of trying to meet someone at a certain time as you are traveling was difficult. Riccardo was responsive and accommodating. It felt like the people contacting me through email (Riccardo’s boss) were not very friendly and it felt like they did t really want people to stay there.
