We were a group of five siblings travelling with our partners, and this property was perfect for our stay. Having spacious bedrooms and private ensuites gave everyone comfort and privacy, while the shared living areas were ideal for spending time together.The property exceeded our expectations and delivered everything we hoped for in a Tuscan villa experience.Highlights:• Excellent communication from booking through to departure. Pietro and the team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.• Spacious, comfortable bedrooms, most with beautiful countryside views.• Immaculately clean and very well maintained both inside and out.• Fantastic layout for larger groups, with plenty of space to relax.• Large swimming pool with sun loungers and shaded areas – the perfect place to unwind.• Elevated position - stunning views across the Tuscan landscape.• Air conditioning throughout all bedrooms & living areas.• Well-equipped kitchen, including a much-appreciated coffee machine.• Reliable Wi-Fi throughout the property.• Ample parking with easy vehicle access.• A 5-minute drive to the local town with cafés and restaurants. Possible to walk, mostly uphill - best suited to those with a reasonable level of fitness. A vehicle is highly recommended to explore the region.For transparency, there is another property along the same driveway. While not completely secluded, it did not impact our stay.A very memorable stay! We would happily stay again and highly recommend it!

The place is unreal. Exactly as the pictures show. Only issue we had was no gate code was sent to us and we had to drive to get service and eventually get the code. Otherwise a wonderful stay

Incredible stay! Property was beautifully restored and outfitted, and immaculately clean when we arrived. The host was very responsive, helping us bring in a local chef and responded quickly to our various questions during our stay. The heated pool was wonderful. The property was the right size for seven guests. We hope to return because six nights here wasn’t enough! I wish there was an option to give higher than five stars!

If a rating of 6 * have existed i would have put that. I don't know what s the best: the incredible and amazing view at all time of the day with all colors, the amazing house so modern inside but with all respect to wood and traditional tuscany's architecture (perfect 5 rooms with so clean and great bathroom in each / amazing kitchen and so much..), the incredible owner Gaia, available each time we had a question... Everything is perfect and great. We really spent here 2 of the best vacation weeks ever. Playing at the (great) pool, visiting all the villages around, trying many restaurants of course... I could write for ever. But If u r looking for a calm and perfect place on earth, i think here is taste of perfection.
