Staff was wonderful and helpful.
Loved the availability of washing machine and dryer!
Only difficulty was for pick up and drop off for family with no easy access to hotel. Hard to walk to walk distance with luggage.

Friendly staff, comfy room. Heated floors in the bathroom was a nice surprise!
I would get breakfast somewhere else.

The rooms were absolutely wonderful. We had the Superior Apartment, and it was spacious with a full kitchen and dining table. Great place to sit and get some work done as well. Beautiful design; the floor, furniture, everything looked great. Very comfy bed, if a bit on the soft side. And, surprisingly for Germany, great pillows! Although the hotel is located right in the middle of the downtown shopping area, we had very little noise in the room. Very friendly staff.
It would've been nice if there was parking a bit closer to the hotel, but it wasn't too bad. Breakfast was good, but as a lactose-intolerant person there wasn't a lot of choice. Plant-based milk products would've helped a lot. Great bread though.
