Cute little hotel with a lot of local elements in their decoration and design, I absolutely loved it especially the little courtyard. Staff is super friendly and helpful as well, the hotel is also quite neat to the main attractions (15-20mins on foot or less than 10 mins by car). In fact I loved it so much that I will for sure stay here again for my next weekend trip to Penang!

Good location. Pleasant surroundings with greenery and Asian inspired decor.
Windows cannot be opened. Room was not made up and towels were not changed during my 3-day stay.

It is faithfull to the culture of Malaysia. I’ve never seen any value in staying in hotels that could be anywhere in the world.
We had a little trouble opening the front door with the card. Fortunately there was always someone in Reception who opened the door for us.

The location is not to close to Georgetown Downtown. But still in walking distance. But is is very quiet and the room was just amazing. Also the rest of the Heritag House was very nice nad authentic.
Unfortunately the bild could not be opened. So no daylight.
