The hotel is located nicely not so far from the road, it's easy to find. The view is amazing.
The best thing about this hotel is that there is a spa area with saunas and a rooftop pool. Special thanks to manager Tamuna for her friendliness and help with everything we needed :)

The swimming pool under the supervision of Tamuna. She was very friendly and helpful. They room was nice and clean especially that we got an upgrade from booking.com. Staff in reception were very helpful too. Easy check-in and check-out. Having a parking space to park is good. The view from the swimming pool and spa area is beautiful.
The restaurant was understaffed during breakfast especially that this hotel has many one-night tours. The buffet is very limited both in quality and variations. It is surrounded by other hotels, so you need to pick a room with a mountain view if this is your goal and make sure it does have a clear mountain view.

The views are amazing and the swimming pool is best part of this hotel. We treated ourselves to this hotel after a day of hiking and it was perfect - There is a Sauna and a Steam room as well as Gym facilities - they are great too if you need - Staff is friendly and was v helpfull when I needed a separate room than the one I shared with my kids, for a work phone call - they gave me access to a room that wasnt used at the time.
Restaurant is open late but works sometimes a la carte sometime buffet (for large groups) which we could not really work out - it is not a 5* hotel maybe in the in pure sense of the term but the spa facilites and the swimming pool make it a great hotel for a very decent price.

Location is very good- ski in ski out. Breakfast is very good
Stayed at second floor- room vas very cold and warmer was not sufficient. Shower was in very bad shape.
